ABOUT ME
My name is Joseph Guida, and I have over 20 years of experience in the landscaping industry. I began my journey as a crew member, gaining hands-on knowledge of the trade before moving into my current role as Branch Manager of Indianapolis West. This path has given me a deep understanding of both the operational and client-facing aspects of the business. I believe exceptional landscaping begins with prioritizing the safety of both our employees and clients. At Jay-Crew, we are united by our commitment to a servant’s heart, ensuring that we deliver the best service possible.
Recently, I relocated to Indiana from Atlanta in search of a better quality of life for my family and am thrilled to be part of an organization that values its employees and customers alike. I am passionate about fostering a positive and productive work environment, encouraging everyone to go above and beyond in their roles.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Kara, and our two children, Joey and Chrissy. I love outdoor activities like hiking, hunting, fishing, and working with my hands. Giving back to the community is also important to me; I previously worked with a non-profit organization in Atlanta and am eager to continue my mission of service in the Indianapolis area.
