My name is George Glawson. I attended Blackford High School, Class of 2016 with Academic Honors. I then attended Ball State University, Class of 2020.

I have been a proud Jay-Crew Employee for almost three years now. Prior to Jay-Crew, I worked my senior year at Ball State University as a student grounds crew worker. I found my passion for landscaping while at Ball State and upon graduation decided to pursue a career in the field.

I started at Jay-Crew in August of 2020 as a crew member, and currently, I am a Junior Operations Manager. My day-to-day activities include overseeing mowing and landscape crews, and picking up equipment and plants that we need. I also help assist crews with breakdowns and equipment needs that they may have. I oversee property inspections to ensure the quality is up to par with the Jay-Crew Standard. I enjoy being able to travel to different jobsites daily as this allows me to see new things every day.

My hobbies include watching baseball and basketball. I am a huge Phillies and Mavericks fan! I enjoy spending time and traveling with my partner, Amanda, and when we aren’t traveling, we love hanging out at home with our little Yorkie, Kobe, or exploring the Muncie community.
