My name is Bob Callaghan, and I am a Business Developer for Jay-Crew Landscape. I have a Landscape Architecture Degree Iowa State University and have 30 plus years of experience in the landscape industry covering all aspects of the profession from design, installation, and property maintenance.

My role at Jay-Crew is Business Development, which includes supporting existing customers and growing our customer base in both the Muncie and Indianapolis markets.

I love that my job has new opportunities each day to meet potential customers and discuss how we can build lasting impressions and relationships.

Most meaningful design project: being able to work with R.A. Bloch Foundation,  Indianapolis Parks Foundation and Indy Parks to design and install a Cancer Survivors Park in Indianapolis.

My wife Devra and I live in Fishers Saxony Neighborhood and will celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary in September 2023. We have two boy’s Owen (24) and Logan (20). We enjoy traveling, live music and sporting events, especially a Cubs game at Wrigley Field or a Dave Matthews Band Concert at Ruoff Music Center or as we still call it Deer Creek.
