Longtime company veteran, Amanda Goad, has been named an Account Manager with Jay-Crew in their Muncie office.
Before stepping into her current role as Account Manager, she served as the Office Manager at Jay-Crew for the past ten years. As an Account Manager with the twenty-five-year-old company, her role is to build long-lasting relationships with clients and provide them with all the resources needed to make informed decisions about the appearance and condition of their properties. She also markets Jay-Crew’s full-service commercial landscape management services to potential clients and oversees various special projects.
Goad has a degree in Marketing from Ball State University and has held positions in different industries including finance and insurance throughout her career.
“I enjoy the interaction I have with our customers especially working directly with them on their properties. In my new role, I can use the many years of experience with Jay-Crew to better meet their needs,” stated Goad.
Amanda and her husband, Derrick have two daughters and live in Muncie. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking in the mountains of Tennessee, taking bike rides, and family game nights.
