My name is Kaitlyn Eilerman, I graduated from Center Grove High School in 2011. I attended IPFW and graduated in 2015. I quickly started working as a Gardener for the City of Indianapolis, Parks and Recreation Department at Garfield Park Conservatory. In 2017 I was promoted to Exterior Horticulturalist, where I designed, installed, and maintained the formal Sunken Gardens.

I started here at Jay-Crew in November of 2023 as the Flower/Horticulture Maintenance Manager. Here at Jay-Crew, I design and order annual flower plant material as well as, oversee the installation and maintenance on each property that has an annual flower program. My position allows me to work in all three of our locations. I fully focus on bringing our annual flower program up to the next level.

Outside of work, my husband (Nick) and I married in 2018, I had our son in 2020, and our daughter in 2022. We have a busy house to say the least. We, as a family, spend most of our time together outside in the backyard with our two Miniature American Shepards, Lilo and Stitch. I am very active in our church community and spend a lot of time with extended family. When I am not working, my family and I like to go to the zoo and visit local farmers’ markets.
