Jay-Crew recently announced the addition of Sam Martinez to the staff as the Recruiter/Human Resources Professional. Sam will be working with people and processes to assist Jay-Crew in accomplishing bigger business goals.
Primarily working from Jay-Crew’s Indianapolis office, Sam is responsible for developing and executing recruitment plans to fill open positions efficiently and effectively, facilitate team member onboarding, benefits administration, and team member relations. In addition, he will maintain communication with managers and team members to regularly establish rapport, gauge moral, and source new candidate leads. Sam is bi-lingual and will regularly assist with our Spanish speaking team members.
Sam and his family are originally from Kansas. He and his wife enjoy spending time outdoors on their patio and working in the yard. With their three children, two dogs, and a geriatric cat, they are thrilled to be in Indiana exploring all the great state parks, festival, and attractions that our state has to offer.
