March 1, 2013 – Jay-Crew has been contracted by Sterling Construction of Mishawaka to provide Landscape and Irrigation installation services for Phase One of ‘East Village at Avondale Meadows’ in Indianapolis.
Located along the Fall Creek Greenway and less than four miles from downtown Indianapolis, Avondale Meadows is a revival of an historic 100-acre site that will soon transform into a vibrant, master-planned community supporting safe, friendly, and sustainable living. As stated on the Avondale Meadows website, “As a collaborative initiative between the Meadows Community Foundation, local area developers and community organizations, Avondale Meadows will incorporate environmentally friendly land uses and offer contemporary living within an old-fashioned neighborhood environment. This holistic, multi-phase development includes a wide variety of options and amenities for residents of all income levels.” When completed, this effort will be the largest commercial installation in Jay-Crew’s history.
